Guided by the vision of “Sarvodaya through Antyodaya” — upliftment of all through upliftment of the weakest — RISE Foundation works to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity through livelihood, digital literacy, and leadership programs.

Why do so many bright, hardworking individuals fall behind — not because of ability, but because of access? That gap between capability and opportunity became the spark for RISE Foundation — created to bring learning, livelihood, and leadership within everyone’s reach.

From villages to cities, impact that travels. Headquartered in New Delhi, our on-ground programs currently operate across Bihar and North-Central India — training rural women, youth, and MSME workers to build livelihoods and confidence.

  • UMEED — OUR DIGITAL PILOT

UMEED (Ummeed Multi-Skill Development Centre) is a flagship initiative under the RISE Foundation, designed as a scalable model for youth and women empowerment through skill, technology, and entrepreneurship.

The pilot project launched in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India’s industrial and educational hub. The framework aligns with the New Education Policy (NEP) and the Aatmanirbhar Bharat vision to make India a Resilient and Entrepreneurial Nation. UMEED blends vocational skill training with digital literacy, and emerging technology education.
